Frequently asked questions
- What is an “active client”?
- Any client not archived in your portfolio, except your own agency's file — the product asks you to assess yourself first, and charging you a seat for taking that advice would be the opposite of the offer. That number is what is compared against your plan's cap. Archiving is not deletion — you keep the history and can reactivate the client later, within the cap.
- What happens when I add or archive a client mid-period?
- On a flat-rate plan, nothing changes: the price is flat up to its cap, and adding or archiving a client does not change the amount charged. On the entry plan, which is billed per active client, the change is reflected on your next invoice — upwards as well as downwards — and never mid-period. Either way, when the cap is reached, creating a client offers you the next tier with the exact amount before you confirm: nothing is charged without your agreement.
- How does the 14-day trial work?
- Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. You can add a card any time during the trial; otherwise the subscription simply stops at the end instead of billing you. You can also cancel at any point during the trial.
- Are the displayed prices excluding or including VAT?
- All displayed prices are excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is calculated and added automatically at payment time, according to your billing country.
- Can I change plan at any time?
- Yes, at any time, in either direction. A plan change is prorated by Stripe: the difference for the remainder of the current period is calculated automatically, in your favour on a downgrade.
- Can I switch from monthly to yearly (or back)?
- Yes, at any time, from Settings > Billing. Changing the billing period is treated as a plan change: Stripe credits the unused balance of the current period pro rata, with no double billing.
- Is the number of users limited?
- No. The price depends on the plan's client cap, not on a seat count: invite as many consultants from your agency as you need, at no extra cost.
- Can your prices go up while I am a customer?
- At most once per twelve-month period, and never retroactively: a period already paid for stays at the price you paid. Any revision is emailed at least sixty days before it takes effect, stating the old price, the new one and the date. If it does not suit you, you can cancel without fee or penalty up to the day before — and the period in progress is still billed at the earlier rate.
- What happens beyond 80 clients?
- That is the Réseau plan, and it is the only one not sold online: beyond the largest published tier, the rate is discussed — group, agency network, volume. Write to us and we will draw up a quote. No automatic charge applies beyond a cap: moving to the next tier is offered to you, with the exact amount, before you confirm.
