Hosting

The service, its database and its file storage are hosted by a French provider, a company incorporated under French law, in France.

The infrastructure and the data are therefore located in France, and the hosting provider is itself a company incorporated under French law. The list of sub-processors and of any transfers outside the EU is set out in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The “Vigicap” trade mark, the logo, the interface, the texts and the graphic elements of the site are the exclusive property of the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Third-party trade marks, logos and product names cited or reproduced on this site — on the home page as well as on the “Connectors” and “Integrations” pages — belong to their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the tools with which Vigicap is compatible, as nominative use, and imply no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement on the part of those owners.

Vigicap is a decision-support tool for cyber governance. It does not replace the responsibility of the company's management, nor the judgement of a qualified professional.
