API credential, entered client by client.

French HR suite (personnel records, leave, reviews). Vigicap reads how many employment contracts are active, how many ended in the last 90 days and how many are upcoming — never leave, reviews or pay. Those figures sit beside the client's directory: a gap between departures and still-active accounts is the sign an account was never closed. This connector proposes no ReCyF level.

What to create in the tool

The access is created in Lucca, not in Vigicap. Vigicap never asks for an administrator's password: it expects an API credential that you create, that you can see, and that you can revoke without us.

Where to generate it

Dans Lucca : Paramètres > clés d'API > créez une clé dédiée à Vigicap, puis restreignez le rôle créé à ses côtés à la lecture des contrats de travail. L'URL à saisir est celle de votre compte Lucca (par exemple https://votre-entreprise.ilucca.net).

Minimum role

Créez une clé d'API dédiée (Paramètres > clés d'API). Chaque clé Lucca reçoit son propre rôle, portant le nom de la clé et listé tout en bas de /organization/structure/roles : n'accordez à ce rôle que la lecture des contrats de travail du répertoire. Ce connecteur n'appelle que GET /directory/api/4.0/work-contracts et ne lit ni les congés, ni les entretiens, ni les rémunérations.

What to enter in Vigicap

The exact fields of the connection form, in the order they appear. Values marked “secret” never travel back to the browser: they are encrypted at rest and deleted on disconnection.

The form starts with the instance address, entered separately from the fields below. The public catalogue does not yet publish whether this connector needs one, or what it looks like — so this list is exact about everything else, and silent about that first field.

Per-client routing

The connection is made client by client: one credential per client, entered on that client's record. Nothing is shared between two clients, and disconnecting one leaves the other untouched.

This connector feeds no ReCyF objective, and that is not a gap: it does not measure a client's posture.

Read-only

The reads are read-only: Vigicap writes nothing into the tool while reading it.
